AttributeComponentChange should support setting ValueExpressions and
ValueBindings as well as attribute values. When a ValueExpression or
ValueBinding is set, the attribute with that name should be removed so that the
ValueExpression or ValueBinding can take precedence.
In addition, the AttributeComponentChange constructor should check that the
attributeValue is Serializable so that Serialization problems are detected
earlier.
