Well, as it seems, every absolute url that is in a "site.xml" gets
translated to a relative url, as far as i can tell mostly for those ones
that have a common base path with the project's url. So, "
http://myfaces.apache.org"; gets translated into "" actualy, we should have
specified "http://myfaces.apache.org/index.html"; in this case.
