Skinnable separator between items in panelButtonBar

It would be nice to allow separator in panelButtonBar component be skinnable.
By now renderer renders default separator as blank space with width 10px. But
in many cases it might be either too much or too little depending on particular
situation. This space may be different from panelButtonBar inside table actions
facet and in dialog page footer for example.
