adda addText, removeText and buttonWidth attributes to the SelectManyPickList.
Ex.:
<s:selectManyPicklist
...
addText="Add ->"
removeText="<- Remove"
buttonWidth="90px">
....
I found current look quite confusing, and this way you can mark the direction
of changes
