MyFaces 1.1.5 Status (again)?

Pardon me for the pithy post but, what is holding up this release?

I see only 7 issues reported against 1.1.5-SNAPSHOT, none of which are
blockers and it's been 4 months since 1.1.4 with 50 fixes reported as
Resolved or Closed for 1.1.5-SNAPSHOT.
