Enhancement of ReducedHTMLParser in order to make it possible to add a
JavaScript event and the corresponding JavaScript code to body tag.
This should be a new feature of the JsValueChangeListener.
Therefore it is also a need to fix a small bug in the ReducedHTMLParser to
parse the positions correctly. E.g. the position of the body tag is not
determined the right way.
