If the logical outcome value passed to the handleNavigation() method is null,
do not scan for matching rules. This is an indication that the current view
should
be redisplayed. (Apparently we are not returning the same viewId although I
believe the correct view is still somehow rendered as I use null outcomes in my
JSF all of the time.)
