inputCalendar (without popup) generates a javascript error in IE 6 when run as
a portlet (in Pluto in uPortal 2.5.0).
'elements.menuForm:_id0' is null or not an object
Moreover, clicking on any JSF link (calendar or otherwise) does nothing. It
all works fine in Firefox
