Thanks Sean. I know that in principle it is possible to register a local copy
of a DTD so that it is always resolved against that instead of the external
one. However, my problem is how can I do this with MyFaces? I don't want to
have to hack the MyFaces code which does the XML parse. However, as far as I
can work out, I don't think there is any non-invasive mechanism I can utilise
to register a local copy of the DTD such that MyFaces would use it when it
does the XML parse.
