Jesse Glick assigned MNBMODULE-232 to Milos Kleint nbm-maven-plugin:3.12 requires JDK 1.7 to run I am guessing this is as designed—the plugin reuses classes from the NetBeans Ant build harness, and the NB sources are Java 7 now.
