I didn't have too much time to play around, still I had to do some updates in the impl (as it didn't work for me for the multi-line/more than 2 lines I guess entries in Manifest, moreover some proper closing/flushing of JarEntry was missing). See the attached UpdateManifest.java that I ended with. Moreover for the config I didn't go for the Trusted-Library, so this was my config: pom_chunk.xml <updatedManifestEntries> <Permissions>all-permissions</Permissions> <Codebase>*</Codebase> </updatedManifestEntries>
