Description:

As part of a release I only want to update to the next minor version for a property.
For example, use-latest-versions allows this with:
mvn versions:use-latest-versions -DallowSnapshots -DallowMajorUpdates=false
However, update-properties doesn't seem to support this:
http://mojo.codehaus.org/versions-maven-plugin/update-properties-mojo.html
This would be a good enhancement.
