Jesse Glick commented on MNBMODULE-157 Guess at cluster for OSGi bundles IIRC useOSGiDependencies is on by default (in the archetype) for 6.9+ platforms. This is the natural default, because with it off you cannot build an app using ide-cluster modules. Agreed that those corner cases are problematic.
