The source file has 2 parts. According the instructions under copyright, it says you can modify the settings to fit your needs.
The second part ( the logic ) says dont touch. However I do see minor changes in second part by Brett and Carlos Also, note that the file is from jsw 3.2.3 with LGPL license, after that is all GPL, ie we cant pickup later version.
