Resolution: Fixed
Changed maven version prerequisite to v2.0.6 in r13378. Verified that
integration tests work with Maven 2.0.6.
For threadSafe support (MJBOSSPACK-36) we need plexus-utils v2.0.5+, which
requires Maven 2.0.6+ according to
http://maven.apache.org/plugin-developers/common-bugs.html#Depending_on_Plexus_Utilities_1.1
