Yeah the thought of folks thinking its dormant is 50/50 my fault and
Codehaus' fault. The deluge of spam from Codehaus caused me to not
monitor the lists. The spam forwarded through the lists cause my
spambot to kill Codehaus :-(
I upgraded it in SNAPSHOT to use 2.1 and added a patch or two.
Typically if someone nudges me about something, I do it - not very
community like... as my monitoring of the lists doesn't happen.

No, not at all - I just wasn't sure if it already was.
Who is confused about it? Seems like its a good alternative to
Sun's stuff. If folks want to get rid of it, I'm happy to pull it
under my company (savoirtech.com).
I got a private mail from a user saying they had a problem with it
and the RI solved it. I'll encourage them to file a bugrep.
Maybe you also want to clearly indicate on the site that it *isn't*
dormant in case anyone assumes that? :) You could probably link to
the RI for users that want to try something different if they have
different needs.
