Currently, there is no control of how destination files are named. Suffix
".svg" is stripped, new suffix (".png", ".jpg", ...) is added, and that's it.
For example, I'd like to include the rasterized image size (width) into the
file name, because I'd like to keep several sizes around.
image.svg -> image.16.png, image.32.png, ...
Some filename pattern would be nice.
