When .tomcatPlugin is regenerated, the classloader classpath is not refreshed

When I change my POM to add new dependencies and regenerate the .tomcatPlugin,
the file is updated as expected but the devloader configuration is not.
I need to call "mvn eclispe:eclipse sysdeo-tomcat:generate" to force the
devloader classpath to get refreshed. The sysdeo-tomcat Mojo should be used
without dependency on eclipse:eclipse to run !
The sysdeo-tomcat plugin must "touch" the .classpath file to force sysdeo
tomcat plugin to get reconfigured in eclipse
It may also check the tomcatNature is set in .project
