Btw, let me just explain a few things that prevent us from releasing it right
now.
a) I'd like to add a few properties to the mojo itself that allow more
fine-grained control of the underlying XML code generator.
b) I'd like to investigate whether it is possible to come up a fix that removes
this backwards-compatibility problem. For this, most likely we'll have to patch
the Castor sources again.
