I'm not completely sure the includes/excludes are necessary. Using the defaults
also works for me. Also please note that the Resource's own include/exclude
patterns need to be taken into account. The in/excludes in the plugin
configuration shall work on top of those somehow. That's why I eventually
commented out the parameters.
