I'm suspecting that since there is already a gwt plugin into sandbox, we
should have to merge your plugin with the old one.
As long as there are no one left using of the old plugin (you have to persuade
Eric Redmod for it :-), it would then be easy to start a vote for gaining the
sandbox commit access for you plugin.
I'm not a mojo-man but i've seen occasions where the voting procedure was
started by the plugin submitter himself.
