The attached patch includes the PDF-support patch (MOJO-485) and adds following
improvements:
- it is possible to specify a customization layer stylesheet for each output
format that includes and extends the original stylesheets
- it is possible to download the docbook-xsl stylesheet distribution (and
customization layers) as a pom-dependency reducing processing time
- support for catalogs when resolving stylesheets and DTDs allowing offline
operations
