Yum has not been setup correctly on your Ubuntu system. The version of
yum available with Ubuntu 8.04 does not seem to work correclty with the
latest version of python-elementtree and python-celementtree packages.
Please use python-elementtree v1.2.6 and python-celementtree v1.0.5
