The vote passed with 4 +1 binding votes and 2 +1 non-binding votes. I'll publish the files later today. As discussed on FTPSERVER-262, we might do a RC2 before aiming for 1.0. There are two bugs related to the filesystem API that we probably should have fixed before 1.0. /niklas
