[Vote] Create a MINA subproject to implement a SSH server based on Mina

Hi guys,

Guillaume Nodet has written a SSH server based on MINA, and as we 
discussed it last week, it would be interesting to have it as a 
subproject. It's time for a formal vote then :

[] +1 Yes, accept the SSH server as a sub-project
[] +/-0 I don't really care
[] -1 Nope, it does not belong to MINA
