The site apparently suffers from the missing site descriptor for maven-shared-components:13, i.e. it's missing stuff like the proper skin, the "Privacy Policy" disclaimer etc. So I suggest before deploying the final site, you hack the POM in your local checkout of the tag to inherit from maven-shared-components:14 and deploy the site using the fixed parent.
