Hi All. I'm modifying the properties-maven-plugin to include an update-properties goal.
The intention is to use Velocity to process resources (templates) of the project under build. Basically, have a properties file that includes Velocity macros in it that are processed as part of the build. The original resources (properties files) retain the macros, but the resources under the target has the modified values. What is the best phase to do this at? And if the resources are already being copied (which they are), how do I avoid a conflict? So, that my modified version is used in place of the original unmodified one? Are there any other plugins (I'm sure that there are, but I'm not aware of them) that do something similar that I can be pointed to, to act as a reference?
