Yes, see the report by Henri, and my mail "interpolation changes
failing on windows". The interpolator changes are busted on Windows
due to path issues.

It looks related to the interpolation changes. If I use the built
maven
on that project, I get this error:

It looks like the error path changed from previously based on the
