Just a user advice : I don't know if it is a blocker for you, but it is for a lot of people. MSITE-270 ( http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSITE-270) make site plugin unusable for multi-modules project. As multi modules projects are more and more used, and as it was an alpha 6 regression, I think it should be corrected before releasing alpha 7.
