Thanks for finding this Olivier

This fix shouldn't be necessary. But it seems that the version of the site-plugin you use affects which version of doxia is used during runtime. Doxia-alpha-9 that is supposed to be used by the changes-plugin is not used if I build the site with site-plugin 2.0-beta-5. Instead it uses alpha-8.

OK, I'll delete the tag and start over with the release process...
