Just a little update before going to bed ...
Jason has been having some problems with the bleeding edge wagon
(1.0-beta-3-SNAPSHOT) on components/trunk.
We are in the process of rolling back to 1.0-beta-2 (with bug
fixes) on
components/trunk.
Here's the end svn state we are working on...
Wagon 2.0-SNAPSHOT Development is on:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/wagon/trunk/
Wagon 1.0-rc1-SNAPSHOT is on:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/wagon/branches/wagon-1.x/
Maven components using Wagon 2.0-SNAPSHOT is on:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/components/branches/maven-
wagon-ng/
By the time we are read to re-integrate it we will have a
compatibility layer because I don't want to change anything at first
when we try it on 2.1. We also need it or we are going to abandon
Maven 1.x which will be using 1.x Wagon for a while I imagine and
it's fine that we move ahead provided we support the past. Just as I
would like to attempt to 2.1 where it will have many advanced
features but run any 2.0.x plugins without any difficulty.
"Please make a note of it."
I will take the maven components/trunk and have it's
maven-artifact-manager reverted to use wagon 1.0-rc1-SNAPSHOT in the
morning (or sooner if Jason decides to fix it before I get a chance
to)
That's cool. Thanks.
Jason.
