We could actually get those counts using JIRA queries in confluence now,
and it would just be a matter of entering the version numbers and the
release dates (which should be in JIRA as well).

I'll have some time this weekend, so unless you beat me to it I'll do it
then. Assuming that the "JIRA queries in Confluence" feature has some
documentation I should be fine.
