b3 does not fix it for me  :-(.

I think the line in report.txt the parser crashes on is one that has the FQCN 
wrap to the next line.  If you have a really long line in report.txt that wraps 
(basically from a long path & package name), does it crash for you?

E.g. here is mine:

C:\devroot\customers\dhs\perforce\healthmatchbatch\main\src\java\us\state\vantage\hm\batch\ar\policy\premiumcreator\package.html:
