Is it possible to fix this before maven 1.0 final release ?
The only thing to do is replace the deploy/install goals by this (Am I wrong?) and
remove goal jar:snapshot :

Why the attribute siteCommand is setted ?
I want to use the property I setted for the artifact plugin, not the old properties :
