[DEBUG] No parent level 3 site descriptor
There was an issue for it but I can not find it now.
https://github.com/apache/maven/pull/1594 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DOXIASITETOOLS-343. I haven't
reviewed the former and have no clue how to solve the latter, therefore
I need help to resolve this.
