Someone (olamy) has created the Release 3.2.0 some 4 hours ago (thanks!)
May I ask for a pointer to the correct mailing list for the following
proposal as it seems to be a more general template of several maven
plugins at least?
Would it be possible to move/copy the link to the "Apache Maven Clean
JIRA project page" from the very bottom to the very top of the Readme.md?
In my humbled opinion it should stand out even before the "Contributing
to" section, perhaps inside its own section "Issues and Releases"!?
Only if I want to create a new issue (i.e. contributing in this regard),
I need to create an account and read that section.
This might help some stranger like me to find the issues part to search
for any known ones and their fix's according release.
