jenkinsEnv.groovy contains
def nodeSelection(String osLabel)
this section can be used to temporary disable certain nodes for all our
jobs.

unfortunately our current master fails constantly with an issue on
Windows JDK 7 which is related to a particular node (Windows-2016-1)
for this I have opened an issue at infra[1]..
