and so...?
I'd like to have a major quorum for such meeting
if not I'd prefer to shit it to Wednesday (same time?)

Hi Sergio,
Morning meetings in Europe timezones work for me, ie, the bracket from
9am-12pm UTC+1 [1].
I am available either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon/evening for
meetings this week.
Cheers,
Peter

Hi,
development is evolving as usual, now the planned issue are being
reduced to 20. Although we should find time to discuss the release
preparation. I still see some of those issue (particularly MARMOTTA-228)
that could be shift to 3.2, so then focus on getting a good release by
fixing the bugs.
What about a IRC meeting? Tuesday or Wednesday would be fine. Take into
account we have developers in quite different time zones (UTC+1, UTC+2
and UTC+10 are the ones I know about), so it might be not so easy to
find a common time-slot, but we should try it.
Thanks.
Cheers,

Hi,
now that more or less all of us should be back from the vacations
break,
I think is time to resume the preparation of our next, and hopefully
last under incubation, release.
Right now we have registered 25 issues for such milestone:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20MARMOTTA%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Unresolved%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%20%223.1-incubating%22%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC
Taking a look to the list, I think is something we could afford in the
following two weeks if we focus on solving the actual bugs (13) and we
shift major new features for the following release.
For instance, MARMOTTA-228 (Switch to Bootstrap the admin markup) is
blocking several tasks related with the admin ui. So we must discuss
what's missing in that topic branch, and if such major refactoring
could
go in this release.
Cheers,
