I think not: you are referring to configurator.coffee, which at
compilation phase generates the configurator.js whichs is used to access
the configuration from client-side.
The file pointed by Nandana is actually all version of the Marmotta
client library for Javascript, see:
client/marmotta-client-js/src/main/js/marmotta.js
Another reason to stress the usage of Webjars in upcoming releases and
improve how Javascript dependencies are managed.
