I have just published all the official Docker Images related to the same
releases we have in the ASF dist folder:

If someone needs to create Docker Images of ManifoldCF related to different
versions, I added all the needed Dockerfile for building them:

We could eventually create a specific GitHub workflows for publishing all the
remaining versions, we only need to add the checkout and the build action
before building the Docker Image.
