I checked blockers for Lucene project (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-9047?jql=project%20%3D%20%22Lucene%20-%20Core%22%20and%20priority%20%3D%20Blocker%20and%20status%20%3D%20Open) and yes, the issues I was referring to are listed there
