Removing Google Analytics from Log4php Pages

Hi Logging Team,

The log4php pages still use Google Analytics(GA). I've created a PR against
the asf-site branch to remove it.

It would be great if you could merge the PR

I'm not sure if any other old docs still have GA on them (the logging
website seems to come from quite a few repos), but I'm hoping this will
remove it from a report sent to privacy@
