I was just looking at some of the JIRA issues for log4cxx, and was going to do some cleanup on issues(marking 0.11.0 as released for example), but then I realized that I don't have the proper permissions on JIRA to do that. I assume that is done by the project lead(currently Christian Grobmier), or is that a PMC-level activity?
