1) No migration guides are added, yet. 2) All relevant code is deleted. 3) Tests and docs using any of these layouts are replaced with JsonTemplateLayout. 4) Added JsonTemplateLayoutType to Log4j-config.xsd. 5) Fixed CsvParameterLayoutType in Log4j-config.xsd.
