Carter, thanks for the code review comments. I will try to address them over the next couple of days and probably won’t comment on them until then so please don’t think I am ignoring them. But if you find stuff that you absolutely know is wrong or missing please feel free to commit the fix yourself to both the release-2.x and master branches.
