Niv, log4cxx uses mostly APR(Apache Portable Runtime) on the backend, so as long as APR is supported log4cxx may work. Most of the other stuff that is supported should be conditionally compiled. I've never used VxWorks before though, so I don't know what(if anything) works or doesn't.
