If you navigate to http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/logging/log4j/log4j-api/ <http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/logging/log4j/log4j-api/> you will see that the artifacts are there. They may not show up a search.maven.org <http://search.maven.org/> yet though.
