org.apache.logging.log4j.core.layout.AbstractStringLayout.getContentType() does not use Charset

Hi All,

It looks
like org.apache.logging.log4j.core.layout.AbstractStringLayout.getContentType()
does NOT use its charset.

Can anyone foresee a problem with fixing this?
