I was hoping to get a release candidate out a few weeks ago but got held up and haven't had much time to try again yet. This Friday (Veteran's Day), I'll be working on making a release along with any other outstanding Apache-related tasks I haven't had much time for. I should also have a draft board report for the weekend.
