Hi Mike,
Your issue seems to be related to your proxy configuration, you probably
need to modify it.

Furthermore while running "source oe-init-build-env", I had problems with a

"meta-tizen-adaptation-meta-oe" folders listed in the yocto/meta-tizen folder. I got
past this by
commenting out the line with the path it was looking for, in
poky/build/conf/bblayers.conf. FYI I started the whole process with an empty
poky folder.
~/workspace/tizen/cloneTizen/yocto/poky/build$ bitbake
tizen-common-core-image-minimal-dev
